SRMJEEE 2021: Application Form, Exam Dates & Other Information


SRMJEEE means SRM Joint Engineering Entrance Examination. The SRM Joint Engineering Entrance Examination is held by SRM University (SRMJEEE).

This is an entry test for a university. Every year, it is held to provide access to B.Tech programs.

Admission to SRM institutes will be available. SRMJEEE all applications submitted for the online mode.

Application Form

Candidates can get all the information they need about the SRMJEEE application form here:

  • The application form has been made available online.
  • The application has not yet been published in any offline mode.
  • Fill in the necessary information, such as educational, communication, and personal information.
  • Upload the scanned documents in the prescribed format, including a passport-size photo and signature.
  • Candidates must print out their completed application form and keep it safe for future use.

Application Fee

  • All Categories Candidates: Rs.1100/- (Submit Fee for Online/Offline Mode).

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must read the SRMJEEE 2021 Eligibility Criteria before filling out the application form:

  • Nationality: Indian Citizens (NRIs & holders of PIO or OCI will also be considered for the examination).
  • Age: Minimum age should be 17 years
  • Qualification: 12th Class Pass.
  • Minimum Marks: 75% Marks (PCM For SRM Amravati Campus), 60% Marks (PCM for Kanthalkulathar Campus), 50% Marks (PCM for Ghaziabad (NCR), Sonipat, Rampur campuses).
  • Direct Entry Criteria: Top 100 Rankers in IIT JEE, Top Rankers in Central and State Board Examination & Top Rankers from each district of Tamil Nadu and exemplary players at national and international level will also be eligible for direct entry.

Exam Pattern

Candidates must read the following information about the SRMJEEE Exam Pattern:

  • Duration of Exam: 2.5 Hours
  • Type of question: Multiple choice questions – Objective.
  • Number of questions: 125 questions
  • Total Marks: 125 marks 
  • Negative Marking: No negative markings. 
  • Marking Scheme: 1 mark for each correct answer.

Tips for Preparation

Candidates can use the following tips and tricks to help them prepare for the SRMJEEE exam:

  • Candidates must familiarise themselves with the exam format and syllabus.
  • Make a regular schedule and stick to it.
  • Candidates should jot down quick notes on the issues and review them on a regular basis.
  • Examine sample articles and previous year’s query papers.
  • Take practice tests and watch video lectures.
  • During your planning, remember to look after your wellbeing.

Admit Card

Candidates can obtain their hall ticket via the internet. Examine all of the information on the SRMJEEE admit card. On the day of the test, bring your admit card and one photo ID evidence. Take a printout of your admit card and keep it safe for future use.

The authority will publish the results on the website in an online format. In June 2021, candidates may review their SARMJEEE results.

Candidates can check their all-India rank along with their scores in the results. Candidates will be notified of their results through their registered email address or mobile number.

Using their application number and password, candidates will verify their results. Take a printout of the outcome and store it safely.

Cut Off

Following the announcement of the results, the SRMJEEE cut-off will be made public. The cutoff will be determined based on the results of the entrance exam.

The cutoff will be announced in an online mode. The cutoff would be the minimum score that candidates must achieve in the exam.

Exam grades, the number of students who took the exam, the previous year’s cut-off, and other factors will be used to determine the cut-off.


Candidates must attend the SRMJEEE 2021 counseling session as scheduled. The first week of July 2021 will be the start of counseling.

The counseling process will be divided into several stages, such as document verification, seat assignment, and so on.

Candidates must also print and carry their provisional allotment letter to the counseling session to validate their admission. For authentication, candidates must submit their original papers.
