MP PPT 2021: Application Form, Exam Dates & Other Information


MP PPT means Madhya Pradesh Pre Polytechnic Test. The Pre Polytechnic Test in Madhya Pradesh is a state-level examination.

This test is only given once a year. Admission to diploma courses will be granted based on the results of this test.

Admission will be available to a variety of public and private schools. MP PPT all applications submission & Entrance Exam will be in Online Mode.

Application Form

Candidates will find more information about the MP PPT 2021 application form here:

  • The application form will be available online. Any other mode won’t be considered.
  • Candidates will begin filling out their application forms in April 2021.
  • The registration process will involve steps such as filling out an application form, uploading documents, and paying a fee, among others.
  • Candidates must upload documents in the format specified.
  • The application form will be available for filling out until the first week of May 2021.
  • Candidates should print out their application forms and keep them secure for future use.

Application Fee

  • Candidates can pay their application fee through the Kiosk portal or online.
  • The fee will not be refunded in any conditions.
  • General & OBC Categories Candidates: Rs.400/-
  • SC/ST Categories candidates: Rs.200/-

Eligibility Criteria

Until applying for the test, candidates must review the MP PPT eligibility requirements:

  • Applicants must be citizens of India.
  • Candidates must be residents of the state of Madhya Pradesh.
  • Candidates must have completed 10th grade or an equivalent from a recognized board.
  • Candidates must have received a minimum of 35 percent in their 10th grade in order to be considered.
  • Candidates must pass the subjects of mathematics, physics, and chemistry.

  • Duration of Exam: 2 Hours
  • Type of question: Multiple choice questions – Objective.
  • Number of questions: 90 questions
  • Total Marks: 50 marks
  • Negative Marking: No negative markings. 
  • Marking Scheme: 1 mark for each correct answer.

Tips for Preparation

Here are some helpful MP PPT planning tips for candidates:

  • Make a detailed schedule and stick to it on a daily basis.
  • Make sure you understand the fundamental principles behind the subjects.
  • Examine the whole exam pattern and syllabus.
  • Candidates will also review the previous year’s question papers for practice.
  • Mock experiments and sample papers should be completed.
  • Take care of your well-being by eating nutritious foods.

Admit Card

The admit card will be distributed through the internet. In the third week of May 2021, candidates will be able to download their MP PPT admit cards.

Candidates will not get an admit card in the mail. Examine the information on the admit card carefully, such as the name, exam date and time, and place.

Candidates can get their admit cards by entering their application number and birth date. Candidates should carry their admit card as well as photo identification.

Answer Key

The MP PPT response key will be made available on the authority’s website in an online format. After a few days of testing, it will be published.

The correct answers to the questions will be included in the answer key. Candidates can get an average of their scores by using the response key. Candidates will raise objections to the response key as well.


The results will be released in June/July of 2021. Candidates can access their results by entering their application number and password.

Candidates can access their results through the internet. For each nominee, a separate merit list will be released by the authority.

A merit list will be generated based on the candidate’s rank. Candidates will be called for counseling based on their merit list.

Counseling for MP PPT will begin in the month of July 2021. The merit list will be used to pick candidates for counseling. Counseling will be conducted entirely online.

Candidates will be required to fill out college options during the counseling process. For authentication, candidates must carry their original papers.

Candidates will not be assigned seats until their documents are checked. Candidates will be assigned seats based on their rank, category, number of candidates who took the exam, and seat availability, among other factors.

For authentication, candidates must present the following documents:

  • Certificate and label sheet for the tenth grade
  • Certificate and label sheet for 12th grade
  • Category certificate for MP PPT 2021
  • MP PPT 2021 admit card & result
  • Letter of seat assignment
  • Transfer certificate
